3 Spend them, or cash out Unlock premium lessons and shop items, or send the value to JazzCash, EasyPaisa or a UAE bank account.
How cashing out works. The minimum is 125 JB and we charge no fee. Points become available 14 days after you earn them — partners can cancel a reward within that window, so we wait before sending money out, and the app always shows what is ready and what is not. Payouts are sent by hand, usually within two working days. There is no instant withdrawal.

JB Points are a reward, not a currency or a deposit. They cannot be transferred to another person. How much you can earn depends on the surveys and offers available to you, which varies by country and by day — we do not promise any amount.

How your balance is protected

The app cannot write its own balance. Every point is created on our server, only after the panel that paid for the survey confirms the completion with a signed callback, and every credit is recorded in a ledger you can read inside the app. If a panel reverses a completion later, the matching points come back out — which is exactly why the 14-day wait exists.
